DAY 1 ~ Welcome!

• Arrive at Rome Airport, and transfer with a private driver to your accommodation.  

• Meet and greet with your group and our Tour Leader, in the evening.

• Welcome dinner at an authentic local restaurant.

DAY 2 ~ Village Tour 

• Breakfast and  Yoga.

• Explore the suggestive village and its history...discover the slow-living lifestyle in harmony with nature. Lunch in a private house for a fresh made dish.

• Leisure time. Relax and contemplate the beauty all around  

• Dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 3 ~ Guado Day

• Breakfast and  Yoga.

• Today will learn about the Guado plant and how to extract the blue pigment from its leaves. The workshop will  include dye lightweight  natural fabric scarf.

• Dinner at a local restourant.

DAY 4 ~ Assisi

• Breakfast and  Yoga.

• Today  we’ll explore  Assisi

• Dinner at a local restourant.

DAY 5 ~ Lavander Day

• Breakfast and  Yoga.

• Today will experience the Lavander Harvest and will learn the process of essential oil extraction.  

• Dinner at a local restourant.

DAY 6 ~ Foragic Day

• Breakfast and  Yoga.

• Today  we’ll explore the nature around the valley and will learn about herbs and flowers.

• Dinner at a local restaurant..

DAY 7 ~ Arrivederci!

• Breakfast.

• Check-out the hotel and transfer back to the airport for your flight.
