DAY 1 ~ Welcome!

• Arrive at the Apulian Airport  (Brindisi or Bari) and transfer with a private driver to your accommodation.  

•  Meet and greet with your group and our Tour Leader in the evening.

• Welcome dinner at an authentic local restaurant.

DAY 2 ~ Alberobello (UNESCO World Heritage Site)  and Locorotondo

• Breakfast. 

• Today  we’ll visit Alberobello and Locorotondo. 

• Visit a Locorotondo winery/vineyard where you'll enjoy dinner with a wine-tasting experience.

DAY 3 ~ Matera and the Sassi (UNESCO World Heritage Site) 

• Breakfast.

• Explore Matera and the Sassi; stop at a local bakery for a quick delicious lunch (Matera bread with olive oil, focaccia, and almonds cookies), and for a bread-making demonstration with traditional stamps.

• Dinner at a cave restaurant.

DAY 4 ~ Lecce

• Breakfast. 

• Today we’ll explore the Apulian Baroque City.  You can enjoy some leisure time for a stroller in the historical center, visit local artisan workshops, buy some fine crafts souvenirs and enjoy delicious street food. 

• Dinner in Lecce.

DAY 5 ~ Castel Del Monte (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Polignano a Mare

• Breakfast. 

• Today we’ll visit Castel del Monte and Polignano a Mare. With cooperating weather, we'll enjoy a boat trip to explore the coastal caves and breathtaking scenic views.  

• Dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 6 ~ Ostuni and Cooking Class

• Breakfast. 

• Today  we’ll visit   Ostuni (the White Town) and we'll visit an olive wood  workshop.

• Cooking class and traditional Apulian dinner.

DAY 7 ~ Arrivederci!

• Breakfast.

• Check-out the hotel and transfer back to the airport for your flight.

Balance payment is due by 90 days before the starting tour date.
