Itinerary - Simply Puglia

 

 

DAY 1 ~ Welcome!

• Arrive in the Apulian Airport  (Brindisi or Bari) transfer with a private driver to your first accommodation  in Valle d'IItria.  

• In the evening,  meet and greet with your group and our Tour Leader.

• Welcome dinner.

 

DAY 2 ~ Polignano a Mare with Boat Tour

• Breakfast.

• Today  we’ll visit Polignano a Mare; we'll explore the historical center and have the best  street seafood. In the afternoon, we'll take a relaxing Italian "passegiata" with gelato and coffee, while admiring the most pictoresque scenery in Puglia. In the evening boat tour with aperitivo to admire some sea caves.

• Dinner at a local restaurant.

 

DAY 3 ~  Mozzarella Experience and Winery Tour

• Breakfast.

• We'll visit the Masseria and   become "casaro" for a day, with farm products  tasting. In the evening  we'll visit another Masseria for a winery tour and dinner.

• Dinner in Masseria.

 

DAY 4 ~ Alberobello and Ostuni

• Breakfast. 

• Today  we’ll visit Alberobello, the Apulian fairy tale village, and Ostuni, the White City.

• Dinner in a local restaurant.

 

DAY 5 ~ Lecce 

• Breakfast. 

• Today  we’ll explore  Lecce,  the Apulian Baroque City. 

• Dinner in Lecce.

 

DAY 6 ~ Locorotondo and Cisternino

• Breakfast. 

• Today  we’ll visit Locorotondo  and Cisternino where you'll discover "bombette&gnummariedd" at the local butchers shops/restaurants. 

• Dinner in Masseria with Pizzica dance.

 

DAY 7 - Arrivederci!

• Breakfast.

• Check-out the hotel and transfer back to the airport for your flight.
